By enrolling in KoriyeAcademy, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand trading carries risks but that proper education and discipline can greatly reduce them.
  • You are committed to applying the strategies and principles taught in the academy.
  • You accept that the academy provides education, not guaranteed profits, and your results depend on your own effort.

KoriyeAcademy Agreement

Purpose :This agreement ensures that all members understand the responsibilities, commitments, and policies involved in learning and practicing Forex trading at our academy.

1. Rules & Guidelines

  • 1.1 Respect & Professionalism :Treat all trainers, staff, and fellow traders with respect. No abusive language, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
  • 1.2 Attendance & Participation :Attend all scheduled classes, webinars, and mentorship sessions on time. Complete all assigned tasks and trading exercises
  • 1.3 Compliance & Legal Requirements :All trading activities must comply with local and international financial regulations. No illegal use of the skills learned, including money laundering or fraud.
  • 1.4 Confidentiality :Do not share academy materials, strategies, or trade setups outside the academy without written permission. Respect the privacy of other traders’ accounts and information.
  • 1.5 Intellectual Property & Non-Teaching Clause :All course materials, strategies, and training methods are the intellectual property of the academy. Students are not allowed to resell, redistribute, or teach the course content without written authorization from the academy. The knowledge provided is for personal trading purposes only.
  • 1.6 Realistic Expectation Clause :Forex education is not easier than a university degree — in fact, it can be more challenging because it requires both technical knowledge and strong psychological discipline. Students should expect years of continuous learning and practice, even after completing the course. Completing the program does not mean you stop learning; mastery requires ongoing market study and adaptation.
  • 1.7 Legal Commitment Clause :By signing this agreement, you confirm that joining the academy is your personal decision, made after careful consideration. You understand that Forex is a valuable skill capable of changing your financial future. Since Forex is not widely understood in many families or communities, you agree not to rush into sharing your enrollment decision publicly or on social media until you have acquired sufficient knowledge to explain it clearly. This includes avoiding unnecessary debates with people who have little or no knowledge of Forex.
  • 1.8 Lifetime Access & Coachability Clause :Your enrollment grants you lifetime access to the academy’s educational content and resources. However, lifetime access is conditional on being an active, coachable, and disciplined student. KoriyeAcademy reserves the right to terminate your access if you: Consistently fail to attend lessons or participate in required activities. Show no effort to learn or practice the skills being taught. Waste the academy’s training resources through lack of commitment. We are committed to investing our energy into students who are serious about learning and applying this skill.
  • 1.9 Risk Awareness :Understand that Forex trading carries financial risks. KoriyeAcademy is not responsible for any personal trading losses.
  • 1.10 No Guaranteed Profits :We provide education and mentorship, not guaranteed earnings. Success depends on your skill, discipline, and risk management.
  • 1.11 Financial Stability Requirement :Students must have a stable source of income to avoid financial pressure that could affect their learning focus. Forex is not a quick-profit scheme; trading requires patience and discipline.
  • 1.12 Advertisement Policy :By enrolling, you agree that KoriyeAcademy may use your success stories, testimonials, and feedback as part of promotional material. You may be invited for interviews (audio or video) to share your learning experience.
  • 1.13 Data Protection : KoriyeAcademy will protect all student personal data in compliance with applicable data privacy laws. Your contact details will not be shared or sold without your consent.
  • 1.14 Termination Clause :Violation of these rules may lead to immediate termination of membership without a refund.

2. Refund Policy

Students who are not satisfied with the quality of training may request a refund within seven (7) days from the official start date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the academy administration. Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days. No refund requests will be accepted after the 7-day period.
